Safe, clean well monitored, rooms super clean. Front desk Alissa was excellent and Kobe were very professional and customer friendly. Norma in the breakfast area was a treasure. The service was superior. Carpets were fresh and very clean Well stocked refreshment area, and it was full of wonderful drinks, and food treats. Parking was exceptional , well marked, it had a number of Handicap Parking Places, and is safely lighted and within a protected area. They even had an outside pinic area with electric grill. The supersize kitchen & appliances were in each room was first class and family friendly. The beds and linens were of the best quality, and the furniture was comfortable. This is in my opinion rates up there with a 5 Star Hotel for its service and comfort. A great family experience. Well done to all.

Room Was Very Nice and Clean. Water Pressure in the Shower Was the Best I Have Ever Experienced!!! The King Size Bed Was Very Soft and Comfortable!!! The Tv and Appliances were Very Nice and Up to Date! Even had a Dishwasher, which surprised me!

Front desk was always helpfull, different shifts included.

Everything was excellent, breakfast was ok, love the oj. Being from Australia, would had like fresh milk in the fridge all the time, thats just me though.

My first time with TownPlace was a pleasant surprise. The room was superb and would have been so if I had stayed a week or more. I will look for others in future travels. The bed was awesome, full kitchen facilities, comfy couch and desk.
