Room Was Very Nice and Clean. Water Pressure in the Shower Was the Best I Have Ever Experienced!!! The King Size Bed Was Very Soft and Comfortable!!! The Tv and Appliances were Very Nice and Up to Date! Even had a Dishwasher, which surprised me!

Front desk was always helpfull, different shifts included.

Everything was excellent, breakfast was ok, love the oj. Being from Australia, would had like fresh milk in the fridge all the time, thats just me though.

Some staff were excellent, some not so much. Firepit didnt work. Our door lock was messed up and for 2 days had to be let in our room every time we came and went. 2 front desk staff were nice about it whereas one was not very hospitable about something that wasn't even our fault. I've worked in hotel industry for almost 11 years in every job up to a GM. Was kind of taken aback by the situation. Thermostat on wall didn't work with ptac unit but could manually use it thankfully. Door handles on pantry/entry hall closet weren't fixed on, barely hanging on. Also hotel smelled of marijuana. And pullout mattress in our studio was covered in multiple urine stains, highly uncomfortable for our 13 year old son. Asked for amenities, as we had zero housekeeping in 4 days time to be told to come to the front desk for what we needed. Hospitality very lackluster.

The whole property is great. We like the refrigerator and kitchen. Stella was the best staff member we met when we checked in. The beds are awesome and the cookies just topped everything.
