Some staff were excellent, some not so much. Firepit didnt work. Our door lock was messed up and for 2 days had to be let in our room every time we came and went. 2 front desk staff were nice about it whereas one was not very hospitable about something that wasn't even our fault. I've worked in hotel industry for almost 11 years in every job up to a GM. Was kind of taken aback by the situation. Thermostat on wall didn't work with ptac unit but could manually use it thankfully. Door handles on pantry/entry hall closet weren't fixed on, barely hanging on. Also hotel smelled of marijuana. And pullout mattress in our studio was covered in multiple urine stains, highly uncomfortable for our 13 year old son. Asked for amenities, as we had zero housekeeping in 4 days time to be told to come to the front desk for what we needed. Hospitality very lackluster.

The amenities are amazing. Well lit parking lot. An our door grill and pool. Lots of foods and snacks for purchase. Great breakfast. And very clean room. The bed was so comfy and the little kitchenette had dishes and a fridge and a stove and a dishwasher. We loved our stay here. This hotel is centrally located and is right next to a mall. Many fast food options close by and an Applebee's. We will be back.

My stay far exceeded my expectations, in all aspects. Two employees, Ms. Takeishya Brown and Ms. Lamesha Johnson, were execeptional. Both were courteous, knowledgeable and professional, not only to me, but to others guests, while I observed their interaction. A great team!!

The facility was clean and room was nice. My rating is based on the service provided by the new GM - Ben. He was very accommodating and personable. There was a water main issue and he was there around the clock making sure we were taken care of. Great Job. Ben.

Room Was Very Nice and Clean. Water Pressure in the Shower Was the Best I Have Ever Experienced!!! The King Size Bed Was Very Soft and Comfortable!!! The Tv and Appliances were Very Nice and Up to Date! Even had a Dishwasher, which surprised me!
